Decisions by the Study Quality Commission from February 26, 2025

On February 26, 2025, the meeting of the Study Quality Commission took place as scheduled.
The agenda of the meeting was executed in accordance with the Cabinet Regulation No. 793 “Regulations Regarding Opening and Accreditation of Study Fields” of December 11, 2018, and Cabinet Regulation No. 795 “Regulations Regarding Licensing of Study Programmes” of December 11, 2018.
The Study Quality Commission has taken the following decisions:
ACCREDITATION OF STUDY FIELDS

During the meeting of the Study Quality Commission, it was decided to refuse the accreditation of the study field “Law” and its corresponding study programmes by the Baltic International Academy. Such a decision was made in compliance with sub-paragraphs 29.3 and 29.6 of the Cabinet Regulation No. 793 of December 11, 2018 “Regulations Regarding Opening and Accreditation of Study Fields”.*

* The decision can be appealed within one month.
** The information on the E-platform is updated within 10 business days following the decision made by the Study Quality Commission.
