Assessing Changes to Accredited Study Field
The procedure for assessing changes to accredited study field is applied in cases when the changes made to a study field correspond to one of the cases mentioned in Cabinet Regulations No. 793 “Regulations Regarding Opening and Accreditation of Study Directions”:
- the changes to the name, code, place of implementation, type and form of implementation, language of instruction and the awarded professional qualification or degree of the study programme of the relevant study field;
- the changes of relation of a study programme to a study field;
- the changes to the admission requirements in the study programme of the relevant study field;
- changes introduced in the accreditation period of the study field in a study programme of the relevant study field as to the duration or the amount exceeds 20% of the amount of the study programme in credit points;
- negative changes to the qualification of the elected academic staff working in the study field or a study programme of the relevant study field since the last accreditation of the study field, if they apply to at least 20% of the total number of elected academic staff members working in the relevant study field, or if at least 50% of the total amount of academic work at the HEI in the relevant study field (excluding the elective part of study programme, the implementation of traineeships and final examinations ) is no longer provided by the academic staff members, who have been elected to the respective higher education institution
